Out and about locally yesterday gave some differing and interesting light conditions. In the morning I was in Torbay wandering around on the coast.
The combination of the light and cloud over the Berry Head headland were very striking (and appealing). The light on a sea that was quite calm [...]
The photography course that I am doing is extremely rewarding and without it the images for this photo shoot would be quite different. I now look at things with a somewhat different eye. Someone has suggested I am getting a ‘house style’ but I haven’t spotted it for myself yet! [...] The forecast was for a clear dawn so it was up early and out to catch some dawn light. It was not as good as last time (I’ll post those images another time maybe) but we did catch dawn & some early light. Some of the images may get used on the photography [...] It looked like the day was going to be quite good so we decided to take a fairly short walk along the local part of the South West Coast Path. I did learn to check the iso settings on the camera from time to time – I’d inadvertently taken some at 800 iso [...] |
